This is the 2nd edition of what is generally considered to be the bible of Zippo collectors. The book covers the history of Zippo using hundreds of photographs to guide the reader through the subject. There is then a 20 page dating guide, which covers not only the lighter cases but also the inserts. This enables you to date the inserts with some degree of accuracy. The book also includes a price guide, but this should used with caution. Prices are prone to rise and fall, depending on who wants the lighter. This is my publication of choice when dating a new addition to my collection.
